CelleCast Content Guidelines Statement

CelleCast, Inc., as a company founded on solid ethical standards in business and media distribution, cares about the cultural footprint it leaves behind. Therefore, based on the common principle of mutual human respect, CelleCast maintains content decency standards that surpass the subjective guidelines described by the FCC as "community standards." This policy is in place to preserve and maintain a solid foundation of excellence in programming for people of all ages.

Specifically, CelleCast will not accept content for access on its network that is sexually explicit, obscene, overtly immoral or otherwise objectionable. Examples of forbidden audio programs include those that contain:

CelleCast management will review any content that seeks to be licensed on CelleCast against its decency standards. CelleCast reserves the right to refuse content, at its sole discretion, that does not meet the guidelines set forth herein.
